U14 Tryouts Saturday, October 28- 9am
In the 2021 Power League, 14 Surf finished #3 out of 36 teams, tying the number one team with a 92 winning percentage. Our u14 Surf finished 3rd at the 2021 USAV National Championships Gold Bracket, Patriot Division!
For the 2022 Club Season, DaKine’s 14 Surf team finished #2 out of 39 teams in the U15 PSR Power League. The 14 Surf team earned their bid to Nationals at the Pacific Northwest Qualifier in Spokane, placing 3rd in the USA division.
Dakine’s U14 Surf Travel Team will practice three times a week, and participate in tournaments around the region and across the country. Players will receive a full uniform package. Please review the Age Definitions for 2023-24 Club Season to confirm your athlete is eligible for this team. Please review the tryout details page to secure the proper paperwork and membership to participate in tryouts.

DaKine National Teams will utilize one of the best video tools for player development and recruiting- HUDL. This statistic data platform can filter by player, game, match or season. Players can create custom highlights to add to their recruiting profiles or share directly with coaches, friends & family. This service will help take our strategizing, planning and development to the next level!
Preparing for Tryouts
An athletes first tryout experience can be very nerve racking, so we highly suggest registering your athlete for our fall CLUB PREPARATION SERIES. This six week series will help your athletes feel more confident going into tryouts, as they will get a chance to practice the drills we will be using for evaluations and an opportunity for them to get to know many of the coaches they will we working with this season. Familiarity with the drills and the staff, can really help athletes feel more confident and calm.
