ABOUT SHAUNA

DaKine Volleyball Club is thrilled to announce that Shauna Sheppard will be joining our DaKine Coaching Ohana! Shauna is well known throughout the region for her great work in our region and as the former director and coach of Lake Tapps Volleyball Club for the past 7 years. She is also a member of the USA Volleyball Puget Sound Region’s Junior Advisory Board (JAB). Her hard work, dedication and commitment to our sport and to our community will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our management team as DaKine continues to grow in this coming season.

Shauna will be coming on board as coach for our U14 National Team and will assist and act as a consultant to our club directors and administrative team.

  • Kentwood High School Female Athlete Of The Year
  • Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association MVP
  • Played for PLU as a DS and OH
  • Inaugural female inductee into Kentwood High School’s Athletic Hall Of Fame in 2008
  • Cascade Christian High School Head Volleyball Coach 2009-2012.  Multiple tri-district and state appearances
  • 6th year coaching at Lake Tapps, coached U-16 Blue in 2012, U-17 Blue in 2012, U-13 Orange in 2013, U-14 Orange in 2014, U-12 Orange & U16 Regional 2015
  • Kentwood HS JV Coach 2015 & 2016
  • 2012 Pacific Lutheran University Hall Of Fame inductee
  • 2014 – Current – Seattle University Sports Performance Specialist
  • 2015 – PhD Clinical Psychology Student
