My volleyball coaching career started in the summer of 2011 after I accepted a job at my former HS Springfield High School (OR) to head coach the JVII team. After a successful high school season and a whirlwind winter/spring, I ended up in Seattle in April of 2012. I began coaching at Rain City VBC as the head 14s coach in 2013. I also head coached the Kamiak C-Team for the 2014 season. After 3 seasons head coaching at Rain City I decided to go back to school and play on the UW Mens Club team. Unfortunately a season ending leg injury put those plans on hold and so I decided to assistant coach at Kraken VBC for the 2016 season. I finally got the opportunity to play for UW (and help win a conference championship!) last season and now I am THRILLED to be in the coach’s chair for DaKine! I’ve watched DaKine develop into an up and coming premier club and am excited to become a part of the Ohana! I believe in the values that DaKine instills in their athletes and hope to develop my players both on and off the court. I have a high energy coaching style and have found that my passion and enthusiasm for volleyball are my biggest asset in my coaching repertoire! Other than coaching and playing volleyball, I enjoy playing tennis, eating everything in sight, and spending as much time with my friends and family as possible!

Here’s to a fun-filled and successful club season!
