Welcome to the pristine indoor & outdoor Sand Courts at DaKine!

DaKine Volleyball runs more beach volleyball events & tournaments than any other organization in the PNW. Our goal is to offer well organized, fun, volleyball tournaments for players of all levels and ages to grow the volleyball community and connect communities from around the region. Our tournaments are open to ALL volleyball players- you do not have to be a DaKine club member to participate.

The super fun King, Queen of the Beach Tournaments are a great opportunity to get a lot of play in a few hours and make new friends. No partner needed to register, sign up as an individual and play each game with a different partner. Format may be one match or one game to 21 points for each pairing match up, depending on the size of the event and time frame. Player with the most wins and points at the end of the allotted time period, will be crowned King or Queen of the Beach and earn a prize!

DaKine Beach Volleyball Club is committed to bringing top tier junior competitions to the Northwest. Junior beach tournament formats may vary based on organization and if the event is a qualifier for a National Championship. DaKine Beach Volleyball Club runs qualifiers for AVP America, AAU and P1440, in addition to our BVCA Club Challenges. Girls Juniors events are played on a women’s height net, and boys events on a men’s height net.

The Beach Volleyball Clubs of America Club Challenge Series is the gold standard for the top beach recruits in the nation to come together and compete in the collegiate format. This is the only organization that requires players to be apart of a beach club or organization to participate, as teams represent their club in competition. Beach Director and Head Coach Chris Hannemann will select which athletes represent the club at the BVCA Club Championships in Hermosa Beach, California in July.

P1440 is an organization created by Olympian Kerri Walsh-Jennings, with a mission to connect the next generation of athletes to elite, world-class training. The program as evolved over the past couple of years, and the focus is less on tournaments and events and more on junior and adult development and training programs. Learn More

USA Volleyball also has a beach volleyball program. Although much newer, they are making improvements each year; including a recent partnership with AVP America that we’ll start to see come together in the 2023 season.

Every summer, the USA Volleyball Beach Tour culminates with the USA Volleyball Beach National Championship. This tournament provides young beach athletes an opportunity to compete for a national championship. Four divisions currently compete at the national championship: 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.
