DaKine Beach Volleyball Academy

DaKine Beach is excited to be hosting one of the largest beach volleyball recruiting showcases in the PNW this August! With over 50 beach volleyball recruits and counting, the DaKine beach courts have become a hot spot for collegiate coaches to connect with the top talent in the region. Top beach programs from the across the country will be represented at both the Monday clinic and the Tuesday tournament. Many of these programs already have DaKine Alumni on their rosters and they are eager to pick up more amazing talent from the Pacific Northwest.

SHOWCASE CLINIC

Hit the sand with these incredible collegiate beach coaches and hear from them what they are looking for in athletes to join their programs. Drills will be organized in a small group format to allow players to work with all the coaches, allowing for lots of reps and feedback. Following the court time, there will be a question & answer session for players and coaches- come prepared with your questions, this is a great opportunity to learn about some of the best programs in the country and hear from some of the most experienced and intelligent lifetime students of the game!

SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT

Grab your partner and showcase your talent on the beautiful beach at Alki in West Seattle. Coaches will be in attendance watching teams battle for the day. Although the coaches will not be able to interact during play, they will be watching and taking notes for future conversations.

Check in at 7:45am, Play starts at 8am
Divisions: U14, U16 & U18

*This event does require an AVP America membership to participate, and results will be submitted to AVP following the event for points.*
