All beach training will begin with the opening of phase 2 of our governor’s re-opening plan.
All players will be placed in small training groups of 4 players with one coach. Each small group will stay the same for each week and we will not move players around. We will make every attempt to have players in a group based upon ability. You can look for a survey to come to you giving us some background on your athlete so that we can properly place each athlete.
Athletes will train in 2 – 2 hour sessions each week.
All trainings will take place at Dakine Sports Center.
We will have many safety and cleaning guidelines in place throughout our trainings. These will be outlined to each participant as we get closer to our start date. Protocols will include, but will not be limited to temperature checks, waivers, cleaning protocols for players and equipment and more.
Training groups will increase in size to 8-10 players.
We may decide to use Alki Beach as a training location. This is NOT decided as of yet.
ALL Team Practices begin Monday June 1st! Small Group practices at DaKine Sports Center in University Place, Tacoma. Practices for June are Mondays & Wednesdays, times and groups are TBD. In July & August, practices are Mondays & Wednesdays. Times will depend on your grouping.
